How can I know how much what I want to sell is worth?

With more than 10 years in the art market and extensive knowledge of current trends, our catalogers make accurate estimates. Contact directly the specialist of the desired area, with detailed information and images of the work or piece to be valued. You can request an appointment at Segre Auctions, Madrid, or ask one of our catalogers to visit you at home anywhere in Spain. Based on this estimate and by mutual agreement between the seller and Subastas Segre, the starting price at auction is set.

What is the cost of selling with Subastas Segre?

The valuation process is free for the works that are going to be included in any of our auctions. The auction sale commission is 11% + VAT + catalog inclusion costs, which range between 3 and 21 euros.

How do I send the works or pieces to auction?

If required, at Segre Auctions we can manage the collection and delivery to our showroom of the lots to be auctioned. Contact the shipping department directly for further details and associated costs.

Will my property be insured?

When can I expect payment for the auction?

Payments for lots sold are made 30 days after the sale date, provided that they have been previously paid by the buyers.

What happens if my piece cannot be auctioned?

Works and objects that have not been awarded in a specific auction can be stored free of charge and sold in future auctions, with a discount on the starting price. In the event that you no longer wish to put a lot up for sale, Subastas Segre offers you 15 days of free storage, as the term to withdraw said lot. After this period, storage costs 3 euros per day.
